1. Subscription Benefits

Subscribers are entitled to a 40% discount on all ticket purchases made during the active subscription period.

As soon as a new subscriber is accepted into the system, a registration email will be sent to the registered address containing a personal coupon code that provides a 40% discount on all tickets.

Discounts are exclusive to events listed on www.proticketsltd.com and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

 

2. Subscription Price and Term

The subscription is offered at a fixed lifetime price of ₪98 ILS (£21 GBP) per month, automatically renewing every 12 months.

This price is guaranteed for the lifetime of the subscriber unless otherwise agreed in writing after one full year of continuous activity.

 

3. Renewal Policy

Subscriptions are valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

Subscribers will receive a renewal notice prior to the end of the term. Subscription renewal requires explicit confirmation from the subscriber. Without such confirmation, the subscription will not be renewed.

 

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are payable in advance. Refunds are available as detailed in the cancellation policy below.

Payments may be made using credit/debit cards or other accepted methods as listed on our website.

 

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cooling-Off Period: Subscribers may cancel within 14 days of activation for a full refund, provided no services have been used.

Post-Cooling-Off Cancellations: After 14 days, cancellations are accepted at any time. If no services have been used, a partial refund may be issued based on the unused subscription period.

Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be granted beyond these terms in the event of technical issues or verified emergencies, at the company's discretion.

If an event is canceled or rescheduled, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the ticket's face value.
